Andrea Hale

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Andrea Hale as the Marketing Manager. Ms. Hale joined the Army OneSource team with a background in strategic marketing, branding and communications. Ms. Hale has experience in media relations, email marketing, advertising and media sponsorships. She also has expertise in creative and content writing, copy editing, marketing research, social media, relationship cultivation and management.

Her career has spanned the nonprofit sector and marketing industry, in which she has earned awards such as the Armed Forces Services Corporation Board of Directors Award and RoqStar Excellence Award as well as the PBS Inspirational Award and PBS Interactive Innovation Award.

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Ms. Hale received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with support work in Marketing and Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Since joining Army OneSource, Ms. Hale has served as the bridge between communication outreach and the initiative designed to support Service members and their Families with behavioral health, legal, financial and faith-based needs. She is responsible for the Army OneSource brand, marketing and communication strategies and online presence.

Angela Traina

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Angela Traina as the Washington and Oregon Senior State Community Support Coordinator. Ms. Traina joined the Army OneSource team in 2011 with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the military and community.

Prior to starting her career with Army OneSource, her professional experience was rooted in the field working with youth and adults seeking guidance and direction. At the retirement of her husband from serving 20 years with the US Army, her family moved to Washington State from Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Ms. Traina’s passion is helping others, especially military families, and providing support wherever and whenever possible. Ms. Traina is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s of Art in Professional Counseling. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) since 2009 and has received specialized education from Word of Life.

Since joining Army OneSource, Ms. Traina has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in Washington and Oregon. Most recently, Ms. Traina has been awarded multiple certificates for excellence and achievement for her work in these focus areas. She also received three coins highlighting her dedication and service to the mission. In addition, Ms. Traina provides mentorship and new hire training support to Army OneSource new hires as these Alliance models are an integral component in the Army OneSource program and is a Certified I&R Specialist.

Brad Schleppi

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Brad Schleppi as the Indiana and Michigan State Community Support Coordinator. Mr. Schleppi joined the Army OneSource team with a strong and well-established track record of community capacity building and program development successes across the State of Indiana. His career has spanned operations management and financial development roles within the nonprofit sector, as well as significant experience in the creation of public-private partnerships and Government relations.

Mr. Schleppi’s wife is a currently serving, 23 year veteran and Senior Chief in the U.S. Navy.
Prior to joining Army OneSource, Mr. Schleppi dedicated nearly 15 years of service to the American Red Cross after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and a minor certificate in Nonprofit Management and Marketing from the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University. During his time at the Red Cross, Mr. Schleppi played senior leadership and operations roles in State and National Disaster Responses and Recovery Operations, held several interim Executive Director and Director of Transition positions across Indiana and managed the State organizations largest revenue stream during the “One Red Cross” re-organization and agency consolidation.

Since joining Army OneSource, Mr. Schleppi has worked in the areas of Behavioral Health, Legal, Finance and Faith creating capacity building Alliances across the public, private and nonprofit sectors in Indiana, Michigan and Kentucky to strategically address the most critical needs of our Service members, their Families and Veterans.

Brandi Ramsey

Army OneSource is please to introduce Brandi Ramsey as the Deputy Program Manager. She manages the areas of reporting, travel, and contract deliverables. Since 2008, she has expertise in many areas of Army OneSource. Having transitioned in many roles, she is experience with providing support to State Community Support Coordinators staff, program reporting for the client, managing as much as $14M budget, implementation of the Army OneSource Tracking System, facilitating new hire training, equipment issuing and tracking, and conference planning.

Currently, she works as a member of the Army OneSource HQ team tasked with providing support to the Army OneSource Program Manager. Ms. Ramsey is the manager for Regional Family Readiness Coordinators and Unit Service Coordinators. She reviews vendor invoices, travel requests and expenses for all staff, and ensure contract deliverables are being met as scheduled by the client. She is responsible for the submission of Army OneSource’s monthly reporting to the Contracting Office. Additionally, Ms. Ramsey provides assistance to Army OneSource Program Manager by conducting candidate interviews for hire; if hired, she is responsible for assisting with securing Common Access Cards and tracking issued government furnished equipment. Ms. Ramsey maintains tracking of government furnished equipment for all staff members.
Ms. Ramsey is a graduate of Limestone College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Prior to joining Army OneSource, her professional experience was rooted in the financial realm of personal banking and mortgages. Ms. Ramsey is most proud of her role as an Army Spouse and understands the importance and urgency of serving our Service members and Families.

Camara Rajabari

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Camara Rajabari as the California State Community Support Coordinator. Camara joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the state of California supporting the 63d RSC Army Reserve as their Child, Youth and School Specialist. Camara is a native to the San Francisco Bay Area graduating from San Francisco State University with BA in Ethnic Studies and minor in Social Science. She obtained her Masters in Psychology in 2008 and started a career with the Military developing psycho-educational curriculum and resiliency programing for Military Youth impacted by deployment. Camara is a Master Resiliency Trainer and was part of the team that developed the Teen Master Resiliency program.

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Camara started her career assisting businesses with corporate social responsibility and was responsible for developing networks and researching corporate environmental best practices. Camara work for Charles Schwab community relations developing their employee volunteer program and implemented the first diversity program for a large bay area religious center. Camara is an artist and volunteers her time teaching expressive art classes in her community.

Since joining Army OneSource, Camara has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in California. Most recently, she created and established the state’s first Women Veterans Leadership Council. The Council brings together women Veteran leaders to elevate and address issues of women Veterans throughout the state.

Gregory Marino

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Gregory Marino as the Kansas and Nebraska State Community Support Coordinator. Mr. Marino joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the state of Kansas; he has worked in the legal field, business, social service, and the entertainment industry. His career has spanned the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul of Saint Louis, where he served as an executive, managing two programs, to working as a sole proprietor in the entertainment industry.

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Mr. Marino earned degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas and a law degree from Harvard University Law School. He has been very involved in volunteering to serve the poor and marginalized.

Since joining Army OneSource, Mr. Marino has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in Kansas and Nebraska. Most recently, Mr. Marino and the Kansas Finance Alliance Partners presented a job fair/employment empowerment event for Veterans at the VFW post in Leavenworth, Kansas. A second job fair/employment empowerment event has already been approved to be held at the VFW post in Lenexa, Kansas. A Nebraska Behavioral Health Alliance Partner has offered a space to hold the first community symposium focused upon professional empowerment of those who serve Service members, their Families and Veterans.

Joan Resau

Ms. Joan Resau has community integration experience in the fields of Legislative Constituency, Education, and Program Integration and Training. She currently coordinates Army OneSource Training, and reports on State and Federal legislation; as well as, Military and State/Community engagement.

As a Senior Legislative Aide and Director of Constituent Affairs for the State of Maryland, she developed a highly effective and seamless Constituent Communication and Community Support Plan to provide resources to a diverse audience of over 34,000 constituents, to include Active Duty and Reserve Component Service members, Veterans and Families. Ms. Resau worked with the US Army Child, Youth and School Services, to develop and evaluate the community based Child and Youth Services Multi- Component Family Support Network program designed to facilitate a seamless delivery and integration of child care and youth programs to geographically dispersed Service members and Families.

Within the Education field, Ms. Resau worked as a Special Education Inclusion Specialist integrating community based services to develop inclusive learning environments to meet students’ developmental needs. As an Army spouse, Ms. Resau has coordinated the integration of Military and civilian community resources within Europe and the United States.

Joe V. Aldaz Jr.

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Joe Aldaz as the Colorado and Wyoming State Community Support Coordinator. Mr. Aldaz joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the state of Colorado; specifically working with Service members and their families, military leaders, corporate and nonprofit executives and state and county community leaders. His career has spanned a distinguished officer career with the United States Air Force and President/CEO Executive Director and Chief Development Officer roles with the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Rocky Mountain USO, Chavez/Huerta K-12 Preparatory Academy (Pueblo, CO), and the Center for American Values (Pueblo, CO).

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Mr. Aldaz completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Basic Academics from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master’s degree in Space Systems Management from Webster University. Following he served 21-years in the United States Air Force retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel after completing his service as the Director of Athletics and Head Women’s Basketball Coach at the United States Air Force Academy Preparatory School (Colorado Springs, CO). He has served as the President/CEO of the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where he directed and
implemented all marketing, promotion, and delivery of quality membership programs. Mr. Aldaz then served as the Rocky Mountain USO Director, the senior executive for operations in the Rocky Mountain region where he led two Colorado USO Center operations at Fort Carson and the Denver International Airport and was the Chief Development Officer responsible for all field fundraising and advancement efforts. Mr. Aldaz led Chavez/Huerta K-12 Preparatory Academy, directing operations for a staff of 120 and 1,015 students through oversight of K-12 curricular and instructional program delivery and the financial and business health of the Academy to include budget development and administration of an operations budget in excess of $10M. He also served as the first Executive Director for the Center for American Values responsible for effective delivery of K-12 character education programs and instruction and the oversight of one of only two Medal of Honor recipient personal portrait exhibits in the country.

Since joining Army OneSource, Mr. Aldaz has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in Colorado and Wyoming.

Kurt Rager

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Kurt Rager as the Texas State Community Capacity Coordinator. In addition, Mr. Rager serves as the Regional Family Readiness Coordinator for the United States Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division. Kurt joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established track record of building alliances and collaborative efforts in a variety of settings throughout his diverse career. His career has spanned the Department of the Army as a civilian employee in program management, hotel and sports production management, restaurant franchise owner-operator, and as a lay minister of education, youth and family ministries, in congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Mr. Rager spent eight years as a military spouse, including five years stationed in Germany and working on the staff of Army Community Service at United States Army Garrison Hohenfels, located in Bavaria. At Army Community Service, he had program management responsibility for the Relocation Readiness and the Army Family Action Plan programs, and was the Outreach and Unit Services Coordinator, where he collaborated regularly with all units and commanders stationed on the garrison.

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Mr. Rager completed a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of New Mexico. Throughout his life he has volunteered in a variety of capacities working primarily with middle and high school youth, and serving in volunteer leadership roles in community and faith-based organizations.

Since joining Army OneSource, Mr. Rager has worked in the areas Finance, Employment, and Behavioral Health, assessing focus area needs, and connecting with previous and new community and military partners in Texas. Mr. Rager has also worked to rebuild the Family Readiness Program of the Southwestern Division, with an emphasis on creating a comprehensive program of deployment support for employees and their families, and building overall program awareness throughout the division.

Magen James

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Magen James as the Alaska State Community Support Coordinator. Magen joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the state of Alaska; specifically working with the business community as a liaison with the local installation, Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson. Her/His career has spanned the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, University of Alaska Fairbanks and Camp Fire Alaska Council.

Mrs. James is a daughter of a Veteran of the US Army and spent her childhood at Ft. Benning, Ft. Carson, Schofield Barracks, Hickam Air Force Base and Ft. Wainwright. Prior to joining Army OneSource, Mrs. James completed her bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (Fairbanks, AK) and her master’s degree in business administration at Alaska Pacific University (Anchorage, AK). Following the completion of her education, Mrs. James became an active volunteer with the Employer Support of Guard and Reserve, joined the board of directors for Camp Fire Alaska Council and received Alaska’s Top 40 Under 40 Award.

Since joining Army OneSource, Magen has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in Alaska. Most recently, Magen supported the Alaska Transition Summit and played an active role in ensuring the Summit was hosted in Fairbanks, AK to ensure a wider reach of Service members, Veterans and their Families throughout the state of Alaska.

Nana Knowles

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Ms. Nana Knowles as the North Carolina and South Carolina State Community Support Coordinator. Ms. Knowles joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the state of North Carolina from her work to eradicate Veteran homelessness as the State Lead Outreach & Intake Coordinator for the Supportive Services for Veterans and Families Program. Her career has spanned from North Carolina, Texas, Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Virginia, Tennessee and Florida to work and assist all Military, Veterans and their Families. Her work included direct support of homelessness Veterans and active duty members, Veteran benefits’ claims, housing needs, employments assistance, and community resources. Nana is a military spouse of twenty-five years, newly transitioning into retirement life with her Navy Chief spouse. Nana’s husband served twenty-four years of Honorable service and is 100% service connected disabled Veteran. Nana is a mother of two college-age children, one who is an Exceptional Family Member and TriCare for life member. While in the US Navy her family made thirteen state-to-state transfers and six deployments of six months or longer.

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Nana Knowles earned the Certificate for Veterans' Service Providers (CVSP) from St Mary’s University and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Oregon State University. She is a fierce community Liaison with National Military Family Services; Meals on Wheels volunteer, Peer to Peer Mentor, Crisis Intervention Specialist, and has extensive knowledge of Exceptional Family Member Program/TriCare Extended Care Health Option resources. She serves as a Homeless Prevention Coordinator, VA Benefits Advocate, and serves on numerous Military boards in the surrounding communities.

Since joining Army OneSource, Nana has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and Military partners in North & South Carolina. Most recently she has worked with Fayetteville Mayor Ron Robinson, the Veteran Administration Chaplains, and local clergy to support a Veterans Symposium which provided assistance and support in Behavioral Health for the Military, Families, and Veterans in the Fayetteville, North Carolina community.

Noreen Watts

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Noreen Watts as the Arizona and Nevada State Community Support Coordinator. Ms. Watts joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the state of Arizona; specifically in working with Service members, Veterans and their Family members. Her career has spanned the American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces Department both stateside, oversees and in deployment locations. Ms. Watts has worked on Air Force, Army and Marine Corps installations with the American Red Cross in Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Germany, Iraq, Japan, Korea, Kuwait and Panama over a 21 year period.

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Ms. Watts completed both her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, specializing in Public Relations and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Toledo (Toledo, Ohio). Following she worked as a Student Intern at the Toledo/Lucas County Criminal Justice Coordinator’s Council and Foreign Expert at the University of Chang Chun in Jilin, P.R. China.

Since joining Army OneSource, Ms. Watts has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in Arizona and Nevada. Most recently, she worked with the Arizona Bar Foundation to survey Service Members and Veterans within the state to determine their legal needs.

Richard Patton

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Richard Patton as the Alabama and Mississippi State Community Support Coordinator. Richard Patton joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the state of Alabama and Mississippi; Richard is a graduate of Ashford University where he received a Master of Science Degree in Logistics Management.

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Richard Retired from the Army after serving 32 years as a Senior NON-Commission Officer, (Command Sergeant Major). In the Army, he performed duties as an Army Senior Interrogator, Helicopter Technical Inspector on 5 types of aircraft, and Installation Training and Operations NON-Commission Officer in Charge. He did combat tours in the first Gulf War and served two tours in IRAQ with the last tour at the ABU Ghraib prison in IRAQ. His career has spanned from many Military duty stations stateside as well as overseas

Since joining Army OneSource, Richard has developed partnerships with essential military and community stakeholders in order to organize and sustain statewide Alliances in the key focus areas of Behavioral Health, Finance, Legal and Faith Based to address the needs of the Mississippi and Alabama Military Service members, Veteran and Family members in their communities. He has partnered with over 3500 organizations between Mississippi and Alabama at the State, Federal and community level and has provided non direct services to more than 20,000 Service members, Veterans and Families. Most recently, Richard provided guidance and support to the Mississippi Community Financial Access Coalition (MCFAC)/ Mississippi Financial Alliance, in the development of the Financial Education Boot Camp Program. The “Financial Education Boot Camp” program is to provide financial education to the 220, 000 Veterans, 16,000 Reserve/ National Guard and the estimated 59,000 dependents in Mississippi.
He serves on the Red Cross Advisory Board in Hattiesburg, Mississippi as the Military advisor.
He has served two years as Chairman of the Mississippi Inter-Service Family Assistance Committee (MS-ISFAC), Commissioner of the Mississippi Semi Pro Baseball League and on Alabama Governors Alabama Veterans Network (ALaVetNet) committee.

Ryan Crowe

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Ryan G. Crowe as the Virginia State Community Support Coordinator (SCSC) and Regional Family Readiness Coordinator (RFRC). Mr. Crowe joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the state of Virginia; as the RFRC of the Transatlantic Division (TAD) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), headquartered in Winchester VA, he integrates government and civilian services as an advocate of the needs of military families.

He began his career helping military families as a case manager assisting homeless veterans to find safe, suitable, affordable housing. Prior to joining Army OneSource, he played football and earned his Bachelors of Science in Family Studies from the University of Maryland at College Park. Mr. Crowe spent more than ten years as a social worker serving organizations in the mental health, domestic relations, and juvenile adjudication arenas.

Since joining Army OneSource, Mr. Crowe has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in Virginia. Most recently, He is a part of an interdisciplinary team that is tasked with the Virginia Military Advisory Council and Governor’s initiative on securing gainful employment for Transitioning Service Members entering the civilian work force.

Sheila Warner

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Sheila Warner as the Idaho and Montana State Community Support Coordinator. Ms. Warner joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the state of Idaho; specifically in working with families and children and incarcerated youth. Her career has spanned the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services and internships with Head Start in Idaho. Ms. Warner’s husband currently services in the Idaho National Guard and she has been a military spouse since 2012.

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Ms. Warner completed a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College (Lewiston, ID) and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University (Boise, ID). Following she served as a Clinician to the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services in Boston, MA. During this time, she facilitated group work sessions, one-on-one counselling and implemented treatment systems.

Since joining Army OneSource, Ms. Warner has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in Idaho and Montana. Most recently, she supported the 3rd annual state wide Military Providers Symposium in Montana, sitting on the planning committee. In Idaho her alliances are active increasing and providing resources for Service Members, Families and Veterans.

Sybil Allison

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Sybil Allison as the Florida and Georgia State Community Support Coordinator. Sybil Allison served in the U.S. Army for eleven years (four years active duty and seven years in the National Guard) as a Combat Medic. She is an Operation Iraqi Freedom 1 (OIF1) Veteran. She served in Iraq from 23 March 2003- 23 March 2004. Ms. Allison was awarded thirteen medals and ribbons during her Military service to include; 3 Army Commendation Medals; 2 Army Achievement Medals; Global War On Terrorism Service Medal; National Defense Service Medal; Army Good Conduct Medal; Joint Meritorious Unit Award; 2 Texas Medal of Merit; Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal; and Texas Adjunct General’s Individual Award. She retired as a Sergeant in 2013.

Upon completion of her four year commitment on active duty; she completed her Associates Degree in Social Science then joined the Army National Guard and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. During her seven years in the National Guard she worked as a Research Coordinator for Department of Defense funded behavioral health grants; co-authored six research articles that were published in various behavioral health journals and obtained a Master’s Degree in Counseling.

Since joining Army OneSource, Ms. Allison has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in Georgia and Florida. Most recently, highlighting best practices in Georgia such as the Star Provider Program, Unspoken Wounds Conference, Military Legal Assistance Program and is working on implementing similar programs in Florida.

Tabitha Narvaiz

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Tabitha Narvaiz as the Oklahoma and Arkansas State Community Support Coordinator. Ms. Narvaiz joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the state of Oklahoma; specifically working in grassroots outreach and government affairs. Her career has spanned the United State Congress, lobbying for both a veteran service organization and consulting firm, and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs’ Veterans Benefits Administration as a government contractor.

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Ms. Narvaiz earned her Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Oklahoma State University. Following graduation she worked in political talk radio before moving to Washington, D.C. where she worked for a Member of the Unites State House of Representatives. Ms. Narvaiz then went on to work as a campaign staffer on multiple races including the 2008 presidential campaign, government relations and consulting, designing policy strategies to modernize the VA record-keeping systems so that our veterans can be better served, and advocating for Gold Star Families and the transportation industry.

Since joining Army OneSource, Ms. Narvaiz has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Most recently she successfully spearheaded an initiative in Oklahoma to survey employers at state-sanctioned Veteran hiring events to gain a better understanding of the successes and barriers in Veteran recruitment and retention. In Arkansas she worked with the State Board of Counselors and Marriage & Family Therapists to successfully embed the Army OneSource sponsored CEUs into their approved continuing education options.

Vickey Williams

Army OneSource is pleased to introduce Vickey D. Williams as the Louisiana and Tennessee State Community Support Coordinator/Regional Family Readiness Coordinator Mississippi Valley Division (MVD). Vickey joined the Army OneSource team with a well-established network of stakeholders throughout the states of Arkansas and Mississippi; specifically, in the areas of journalism, public relations and government services. Her career has spanned the Winchester Sun (Winchester, KY), the Mississippi Link (Jackson, MS), the Blue and White Flash (Jackson, MS) the eXperience Magazine (Jackson, MS) and the Meridian Symphony Orchestra (Meridian, MS) as a journalist and public relations specialist. She has also worked for various political candidates as a speechwriter and campaign manager.

Prior to joining Army OneSource, Ms. Williams completed an Associated degree in English from Hinds Community College (Raymond, MS), a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations/English Minor and a Master’s degree in Communications from Jackson State University (Jackson, MS), specifically Rhetorical Criticism, Political Communications and Race & Gender studies from the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville, AR). Following she served as a Public Speaking Instructor, Tutor and an Engineering Advisor at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Since joining Army OneSource, Vickey has worked in the areas of Legal, Financial, Behavioral Health and Faith creating Alliances using community and military partners in Louisiana and Tennessee. Most recently, Vickey has been working with the Louisiana Legal Alliance to create self-help legal service forms for Military Service members. Additionally, her Behavioral Health/Faith Alliance is working with the United Way to create a military specific 2-1-1 database. Finally, her Financial Alliance is working to establish a financial readiness program that meets the needs of Transitioning Service members, their Families and Veterans within the state of Louisiana.
