Brian Warren

Brian Warren was a career military intelligence officer in the US Army where he held ranks from lieutenant to colonel. Over eight years of that time was spent commanding large, complex military intelligence organizations both in the United States and overseas.

As a management consultant and strategist, Brian has extensive experience within the Department of Defense, the National Security Agency and the Army. He has researched and trained in the areas of teams, leadership development, communication and organizational management. He has provided extensive facilitation and training to Army OneSource State Level Planning Teams and serves as a subject matter expert for key AOS efforts.

Brian graduated from Bowdoin College and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. Brian is also an active participant in Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s System’s Thinking efforts and the Creative Learning Exchange.

Jamie Taylor

Jamie Taylor is a manager for the Center for Public Health with the Cloudburst Group. She has 25 years experience in providing support to communities, states, and national systems of care. Her work spans professional program development, management, technical assistance, capacity building and evaluation experience. She has helped community and regional entities evaluate systems, envision new paradigms, and implement strategic pathways that intersect public health, health care and housing services. Ms. Taylor provides management and TA development for Cloudburst’s public health, behavioral health and homelessness contracts, working with SAMHSA’s Military Families Initiative, HUD’s housing assistance goals, evaluation studies on homeless families; and projects focused on the development of clinical quality measures for electronic health records. She also provides facilitation at national policy academies, and has developed a data aggregation, data visualization reporting system that integrates the use of public-use datasets, current research and prevalence data to portray current health issues and research findings.

Ms. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from the University of Connecticut, Masters in Health Science from Johns Hopkins University and is a Ph.D. candidate at Milano the New School for Management and Public Policy.

Ralph Sharp

Ralph Sharp spent 18 years in the financial services industry serving in capacities as a general securities principal and a division vice president. In these roles, he sought out methodologies and approaches that would promote individual and organizational high performance.

His interest in high performance led him to consulting, focusing on human dynamics, emotional intelligence, and behavioral preferences as they apply to team development and leadership. He has spent the past seven years providing organizational and operational development consulting to both public and private organizations. He has partnered The Schutz Company to serve clients as diverse as NASA to Apple.

For the past four years Ralph has collaborated with The Strategic Organization on the Department of Army initiative ‘Army OneSource’ working with Community Support Coordinators and facilitating state alliance meetings across the country. A veteran of the United States Army, Ralph served in various roles on both active duty and the reserves from signal intelligence interceptor to division counterintelligence officer.

He has served as a guest lecturer at Texas A&M University and presented on various panels including the Board of Governors of The United States Federal Reserve. He holds a B.B.A in Finance from Texas State University.

Mike Schaffer

Mike Schaffer is an experienced online marketing strategist, publicist, blogger, adjunct professor and public speaker. He is currently Director, Digital Strategy for Hager Sharp, working with a robust array of government agencies in the health, education and safety sectors.

Schaffer was named among the Top 100 PR Pros to Follow on Twitter by www.conversationagent.com and Top 30 to Follow by www.ereleases.com, and Edelman PR ranked him the #21 Most Influential Publicist on Twitter.

His social media work is heavily influenced by his background in marketing and communications. To him, knowing how to communicate is the biggest key to sustainability social media.

Joe Raymond

Joe Raymond is the Director of the Forsyth County Department of Social Services located in Winston – Salem, N.C. Previously, Joe was co-owner of a national consulting firm Peterson, Raymond and Associates from 2000 - 2005 and was founding CEO of The Georgia Academy (1991 – 2000), a professional development and consultation organization focused on children, youth and family issues. Joe was Income Maintenance Director for the State of Maryland 1990 – 1991.

Joe has a Bachelor’s Degree from Guilford College, an M.S.W. from UNC – Chapel Hill and a M.P.A. from the JFK School of Government at Harvard University.

Kent Peterson

Kent currently serves as the Managing Partner for The Strategic Organization (TSO). TSO provides a suite of strategic thinking and planning services to a wide variety of public, private and association clients. TSO improves how organizations run by helping senior leadership adopt an integrated approach of planning, learning, communicating and taking strategic action. The Strategic Organization processes rest on the simple notion that planning and action must be focused, aligned, actionable and accountable. Prior to launching his own company he worked as an urban teacher and coach, an association executive and a director of state and local programs for the National Governors Association.

Chris Peterson

Chris Peterson is a skilled executive professional with more than 20 years of experience in technology solutions and all phases of the client development and relationship management process. Chris has developed, directed and implemented client relationship strategies and sales efforts for regional, national and international clients for AT&T, Nortel Networks and SunGard Recovery Services during his career. Chris has worked in an advisory role to the Army OneSource program for 4 years assisting with training and education as well as facilitating several state level initiatives working to build capacity to support Service members, Veterans and their families.

In 2010 Chris created and launched the company Intro-Vue that provides a web based video application that assists organizations in improving their hiring and employee assessment processes as well as enhancing training and learning opportunities. He is currently the president of the company.

Chris Manglicmot

Chris was commissioned as an Armor Officer in 2002 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy and a Masters in Policy Management from Georgetown University. He has served in multiple staff positions at both Brigade and Battalion levels and commanded at the platoon and company level during his career.

Chris previously served as the Director of National Programs in the Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Warriors and Family Support (WFS) Office. He led the effort to connect national and DC-based organizations with a grassroots focus and community- based methodology to assist these organizations in supporting collaborative efforts to help Service members, transitioning Veterans, their Families, and the Families of the fallen.

Chris currently serves as the Director of National Programs at US Army in the OCSA Soldier for Life Office.

Lilly Coniglio

Lilly Coniglio is managing partner of The Strategic Organization. She has over 35 years experience in providing planning, project management, funding strategies, assessment and technical assistance with government and international agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, associations, and nonprofit organizations. She has developed and directed national and regional outreach programs, planning and professional training initiatives including, a global conference on technology and tourism, national and regional healthcare projects, community and educational outreach initiatives and Web based solutions for technical assistance.

She is the co-developer of The Strategic Profile, an online strategic assessment tool and technical assistance platform used by associations, government agencies, nonprofit and intermediary organizations.

As a consultant to Army OneSource, Lilly has served as project lead for AOS efforts to provide free online behavioral health training, building state level military legal assistance and developing an online resource center. She also serves as an AOS subject matter expert for onsite facilitation and planning.

Lilly received her BA from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and an MA in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University.
