Army OneSource is motivated by the belief that partnerships are an essential instrument in our mission to provide comprehensive support to Military Families across the country. While partnerships can be described in many ways, AOS defines a national partnership as a relationship that results in an improved benefit or outcome for the Military community. The nature of each national partnership may vary, but we all share a common goal to unite in support of our men and women in uniform, regardless of component or geographical location. By building and sustaining a network of support, together we can connect our Military Families with the best resources all over the country. AOS is truly proud to work with these organizations, and we wanted to recognize these national partnerships.
Army Community Service (ACS)
Army Community Service (ACS) programs assist Soldiers, civilian employees and Families in managing the challenges of daily living experienced in the unique context of military Service and in maintaining readiness by coordinating and delivering comprehensive, responsive services that promote self-reliance, resiliency and stability. Services are provided through a system that maximizes technology and resources, utilizes a network of agencies in a collaborative manner, adapts to unique installation requirements, eliminates duplication in service delivery, and measures service effectiveness.
AOS and ACS are working together to connect Soldiers and their Families to programs and services through three primary ways: 1) traditional brick and mortar establishments at garrisons, 2) a web-based portal, and 3) through partnerships with local community and government organizations.
